Construction Worker Charged With Violating Probation, Greenwich Police Say

A construction worker from Greenwich has been charged after police say he violated probation.

Greenwich Police say they responded to the area of 240 Bruce Park Extension on a report of construction workers creating hazardous conditions on the roadway on Friday, July 26 around 9 a.m.

Further investigation revealed that one of the workers, identified as Marcus Deloatch, 55, had a warrant for violation of probation.

Deloatch was arrested and transported to the Greenwich Police Department. He is scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on Friday, August 9.
